Learning through Dialogue, Discovery, and Handwriting.

Our curriculum is a trilingual, hand-crafted journey designed to protect the developing brain. We avoid the passive consumption of screens, choosing instead to engage our students in deep work that creates long-lasting neural pathways.

Kindergarten Students
Early Childhood

Kindergarten: Introduction to Literacy and Math.

Play is the foundational scientific work of the child. In our Kindergarten, students explore the world through their five senses, developing emotional regulation and a solid introduction to literacy and math through constant interaction with their teachers and nature.

Primary School Students
The Formative Years

Primary: Deep Inquiry & Handwriting.

Primary at ESD is where the magic of inquiry begins. We focus heavily on handwriting and physical literacy as a means to master focus and memory. Students transition from learning to read, to reading to learn—all while following a curriculum that integrates science, math, and humanities through bilingual or trilingual exposure.

Middle and High School Students
Global Leadership

Middle and High School: Abstract Mastery.

Our Middle and High School programs provide a rigorous, college-preparatory path. Students engage in complex abstract reasoning, debate, and leadership roles. We prepare our graduates not just with a diploma, but with the bilingual or trilingual fluency and the human focus required to lead in a globalized, tech-heavy world.

Why we protect the handwriting process?

Neuroplasticity is at its peak during childhood. When a student writes by hand, their brain is creating a physical mapping of knowledge. We protect this process to ensure our students develop the focus, attention span, and cognitive depth that screens often steal.
