What We Are Looking For

At ESD European School, we prioritize real learning: books instead of screens, small multi-level groups, and close human connection.

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Have solid teaching experience and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Are truly passionate about education and student growth.

  • Are native speakers of Spanish, English, or French.

  • Feel comfortable teaching in small, mixed-level groups.

  • Prefer working with books, writing, and hands-on activities rather than relying on screens.

Our school year runs from mid-August to early June.
We employ both Dominican and international teachers.
