What We Look For.

Teaching Staff

Bilingual classroom teachers for Kindergarten, Elementary, and Secondary levels. Must be fluent in at least two of our working languages (English, Spanish, French) and hold a recognized teaching credential.

Requirements: Teaching degree or equivalent · Native or near-native bilingual proficiency · Commitment to screen-free pedagogy · 2+ years classroom experience preferred.

Subject Specialists

Specialists in Arts, Music, Physical Education, or Sciences to complement our core bilingual curriculum. Collaborative spirit and adaptability to a small school environment required.

Requirements: Specialist degree or certification · Experience with children ages 4–18 · Bilingual a strong advantage.

Administrative

Administrative support roles including admissions coordination, family communications, and academic records management. Institutional tone, organizational skills, and bilingualism are essential.

Requirements: Strong written and oral communication in at least two languages · Experience in education administration · Discreet and professional demeanor.
